At Waterhouse Bath & Kitchen Studio, our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we're here to help you with returns or exchanges whenever possible.
Returns
You can return most items purchased from our showroom within 30 days of product pickup or delivery for an exchange or refund, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
- The product is in its original packaging with all components included.
- The product is in resellable condition and hasn’t been altered in any way.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
What is NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund?
- Installed products
- Discontinued or clearance items
- Products marked “As Is”
- Freight charges on the original order
Refund Process
- Credit Card Purchases: If purchased with a credit card, stock items may be returned for a full immediate refund in the Waterhouse showroom.
- Other Payment Methods: If purchased using cash, check, or another form of payment, stock items can be returned, and you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days via a bank check.
- Waterhouse Gift Certificates: If purchased with a gift certificate, stock items can be returned for immediate store credit or a new gift certificate.
Special-Order Items
Special-order and non-stock items may be returned only if the manufacturer accepts the return. Please note that special-order returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee imposed by the manufacturer.
- If purchased with a credit card, special-order items may be returned for a refund minus the 30% restocking fee.
- If purchased with cash, check, or another form of payment, special-order items will be refunded within 5-7 business days minus the 30% restocking fee.
- If purchased with a Waterhouse gift certificate, special-order returns will result in a new certificate issued minus the 30% restocking fee.
Please Note: Some special-order items may incur additional restocking or freight fees, which we will discuss with you when you return the product.
